Bathroom - a classic in a modern version

Bathroom - a classic in a modern version

According to research, we focus on simplicity and elegance in arranging our bathroom. The bathtub or shower enclosure itself is not only supposed to be functional, but also to fit in with the latest design trends, while ensuring our daily comfort and convenience.

The bathroom is a place where we spend about 43 minutes on average throughout the day. Morning toilet, makeup, bathing or laundry are just some of the daily activities we do in it. For this reason, we want its interior to be both elegant, ergonomic and fully adapted to our needs. Therefore, to meet the expectations of customers, manufacturers of sanitary equipment have prepared a whole line of modern washbasins, shower trays, bathtubs or shower enclosures, which shape, form and type of material used will satisfy the most demanding tastes and give the opportunity to adapt them to any size of room.

So what to look for and where to look for inspiration?

Dobry Wzór 2018

The confirmation of the good design of the device and its functionality is the distinction in the Good Design competition organized every year by the Institute of Industrial Design. In the 25th jubilee edition of the plebiscite, four products from SANPLAST SA received the recommendation:

  • The Free Zone shower enclosure, which has the characteristic feature of the lack of a bottom profile, thanks to which it guarantees no threshold entry for the user and ensures comfort of use.
  • Structure Mineral shower trays, made of mineral cast - their structural surface gives the possibility of cutting to size and as a result - perfect adaptation to the design requirements of the client's bathroom;
  • Modesta rectangular bathtubs, a classic shape in a modern version, thanks to the use of delicate armrests and a practical shelf.
  • A symmetrical wall-mounted LUXO bathtub with an integrated apron, whose slightly rounded corners combine the simplicity of a rectangular bathtub with the delicacy of an oval-shaped bathtub.

Currently, a house or flat is a space where not only the centre of family life is going on, but also a place where we want to relax or rest. For this reason, we attach more and more importance to the environment around us being aesthetic and coherent. Once the bathroom was to be primarily functional, today we have to feel good in it, both in terms of comfort and visual experience.
