The houses on request have recently made a sensation and are gaining more and more supporters of this form of construction. What are these "houses on request"? These are houses that do not have permanent foundations and can be built without completing major formalities. What is more, these are buildings that can be erected on a recreational plot, and their erection does not require a building permit. As a rule, such houses are treated as summer houses, but they are also used as all-year-round accommodation. Thanks to the development of technology, they can have solid insulation and heating, which allows you to spend time comfortably in them also on colder days, and in practice even to live in them throughout the season. The house on request is a great alternative for people who do not need large spaces, but dream of their own garden. It is also an ideal investment for people who have a smaller budget, but want to maintain independence and greater freedom than in the case of, for example, buying a studio apartment in a block of flats. What difficulties may people who decide to buy a house on application face? As we have already mentioned, the construction of this type of cottage does not require a permit, it should only be reported, and in this case the formalities are kept to a minimum. Investors do not have to worry about unnecessary formalization of this process. At the same time, however, they face another challenge - they have to arrange the notification house in exactly the same way as in the case of its larger counterparts. At the same time, however, they must remember about the most useful use of space, which in this form of construction is not too much. One of the major problems that we may encounter in this case will be the layout and arrangement of a functional bathroom.

The choice of bathroom fittings also involves some compromises that we have to make. If we want to furnish a small bathroom with furniture, we have to take into account some limitations. First of all, everything we want to put in such a bathroom should be of appropriate dimensions, you can also consider making it to size. All solutions with hidden drawers and multi-functional furniture are welcome. It is also worth considering the use of space, e.g. under the washbasin, or investment in bathroom furniture with shelves up to the ceiling - then we gain much more possibilities in terms of using the space available.
A cramped bathroom with a climate - it is possible
Bathrooms in houses on request often have a small window, which allows you to insert even small flowers that completely change the space and the atmosphere in it. It is also worth putting on other natural decorations, which, even in such a small room, allow us to relax during a bathing or showering. A good idea can be, for example: a mirror that visually enlarges a limited space, window blinds in the appropriate color, which, in turn, allow daylight to illuminate our bathroom, and scented candles that complement the atmosphere.
Despite some limitations that naturally appear when we choose such a small house, it is a solution worth considering and considering when having a recreational plot. If our plot is additionally equipped with water, electricity and sewage connections, this form of construction may turn out to be a very easy way to obtain your dream house with a garden.
