It might seem that in times when we are kind of forced to spend more time at home than we would like, we will at least be able to find some extra time for adequate relaxation. Stress associated with current events in Poland and in the world can cause negative emotions whose harmful effects on our body are indisputable. That is why it is crucial not to forget about both physical and mental hygiene in conditions of increased stress and information. We care about both of these aspects invariably!
Most of us do not have the time or the opportunity to undergo the ritual of relaxing bath baths. So we are content with a quick shower. Meanwhile, the aromatic bath relaxes and removes all-day stress, and properly prepared baths have a beneficial effect on the skin and well-being. A spacious bathtub that will be tailored to our needs is a milestone towards the right use of the moment for ourselves.
The optimal bath temperature is assumed to be 28 - 35 degrees. Such a bath relaxes, relieves tension and perfectly prepares our body for sleep. However, it should last no more than half an hour. Enhanced bathing experiences will also be provided with additions in the form of essential oils added to the bath or bath salt. The care process can be extended by applying a face mask, body peeling or body massage. It does not have to take several hours, all activities should be adapted to the time that we have on a given day. Introducing such an element into the daily routine can dramatically affect our general well-being, and thus, performance throughout the next day. Depending on our preferences and needs, we can move to another world while bathing with a good book or music that soothes our senses. Qualitative relaxation will be facilitated by a properly designed space. Dimmed light, bright walls, a soft rug and a well-chosen bathtub are a guarantee of successfully used time only for yourself. Let us enjoy and use the space of a bathroom for pleasure.
