We know the winners of the competition "A new look at the bathroom" organized by SANPLAST SA.

On October 17, 2019, during a meeting with students of the University of Technology and Life Sciences of Jan and Jędrzej Śniadecki in Bydgoszcz, Robert Dziak - the  SANPLAST SA CEO  has awarded with the diplomas the winners of the competition "A new look at the bathroom".

The aim of the competition was to support young and talented designers whose task was to develop innovative solutions that would serve in everyday life. Competition was announced in April this year by a leading manufacturer of bathroom equipment by SANPLAST. Participation in the competition was not only for students the opportunity to gain project experience, but also cash prizes. The highest scoring by the commission were solutions combining innovation, practicality, aesthetics, interesting design and functionality but above all those that meet the requirements of both the youngest and oldest family members.

Exhibition of the most interesting works at UTP

The best projects have been selected and cash prizes were awarded. The first place was taken by Mr. Maciej Michalak with the Kontti project receiving 5000 PLN. The winning project is a functional bathtub with the possibility of full immersion and washing only legs

The second prize and PLN 3,000 went to Joanna Zielińska for the ∅3 project. It was appreciated primarily for the idea focused on meeting the needs of the older generation. Full harmony of the whole bathroom equipment combined with supporting elements designed to be also a decorative element. The third place and PLN 1,000 was won by Karolina Marszałek with the work of GEOmetry, i.e. a minimalist shower enclosure which ensures sliding and rotation of the glass pane, which can provide additional space in the bathroom when the shower enclosure is not used. The awards for their works went to: Monika Prucnal for the work Gentle waves and Marlena Pestka for the Folding shower.
