  • Homemade face mask! - since ancient times, women took care of the radiant appearance of their skin with natural ingredients. It used to be olive oil, fruit, clays or milk. The popularity of natural, home-made methods of taking care of facial skin is growing every year - especially recently - when we had limited access to beauty services - many of us - focused on home solutions. They are not only cheaper, but also an effective and ecological solution! There are many great recipes out there. There are a few that you should check to know which version best suits your skin needs. Today, on the occasion of World Beauty Day, we offer a moisturizing face mask made of natural yoghurt. How to prepare it? In a bowl, mix two tablespoons of any plain yogurt, half a teaspoon of liquid honey, and half a teaspoon of olive oil. Optionally, you can add 2 capsules of vitamin E. Apply the mixture to cleansed skin and leave it for 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and apply your favorite moisturizing cream. Natural yogurt is an excellent source of calcium, protein, B vitamins and zinc - ingredients that have a positive effect on the appearance of the skin. Combining it with honey and olive oil is a quick way to restore hydration to the skin.

  • Bath with herbs - Herbal baths have a great effect on our daily well-being - they relax the muscles, help rest, cleanse, firm our body and calm our thoughts, reduce joint pain, relax and make it easier to fall asleep. The herbs can be mixed freely for the best results! Today we recommend a herbal bath for beautiful skin! If the herbal bath is to help fight irritation, dry and reddened skin, it is worth reaching for chamomile, which has soothing and soothing properties. It is good to add flaxseed or fenugreek to it, which nourish, moisturize, fight inflammation, and help heal burns and other wounds. How to prepare a herbal bath? In order for herbal baths to have positive effects, it is worth using them regularly. Pour the herbal infusion into a bathtub filled with warm water (approx. 37-39 degrees Celsius). We prepare it in a simple way: add a few tablespoons of the herbal mixture to 3 liters of boiling water. We immerse ourselves in such water for several minutes.
