How to arrange a bathroom - decorative tips

When decorating an apartment, the bathroom is often an unfairly overlooked room that is not allowed to bring out its character. Often this happens because of the small area, which you do not want to waste even more on flowers, figurines or other decorative elements. It is worth assuming, however, that the decorated room has the original expression and character that you need to feel good in it. Check out the decorative tips that help you give a feel to your bathroom.

Decorative tricks

If you really do not want the space in your bathroom to be cluttered with decorative objects, use a clever trick that allows you to give the bathroom a different look. Everyday objects do not have to be boring. Toothbrushes, liquid soap containers or a decorative mirror frame are things that do not take up space, and can further enrich the decor. This is especially true if the bathroom has a bland, colourless arrangement. Interesting solutions can be obtained by choosing the right equipment. The walk-in shower enclosure probably gives the bathroom an impressive look, which in addition to the decorative function will optically enlarge the space.

Bathtub screen instead of curtain

If you have a bathtub and you want to protect yourself from splashes on the floor, you can use an interesting patent. Instead of the typical curtains, which are more often than the decorative ones, the bathtub screen is  better - it can be made of transparent glass or with interesting decorations that will add charm.

Rug instead of the bathroom mat

Replace a typical mat that comes out of the bath or shower with a soft decorative rug. If the bathroom is one colour, there may be a pattern on the rug that will bring a little variety to the room.

Live plants

Live flowers are a great decorative idea in the bathroom. They can be in a vase, they can be in pots. They bring a breath of freshness to the bathroom and will look impressive. Choose plants that like high humidity to make them feel good in the bathroom.

Remember the most important rule. If you like decorating the bathroom, according to the saying "what too much, it's unhealthy" do not overdo it, because the effect can be the opposite. Too many additives can be overwhelming, which can make you feel unwell. Even one addition can introduce a completely different atmosphere to your bathroom and make the room take on a completely different tone.
