Product safety. All these requirements are achieved by Sanplast shower trays, which have been created from unique materials and obtained non-slip surfaces.
Safety of the products is a key element in the production and marketing of Sanplast products. That is why Sanplast makes sure that each of its products meets stringent requirements in this area. The requirements are checked at individual steps of production by Sanplast specialists, but also by independent institutes and research organizations. One of the tests for Sanplast shower trays was a study carried out by the prestigious institute TÜV Rheinland Polska involved in certification for enterprises from various branches of the economy.
Three Sanplast structures were tested in the shower slip resistance class: the standard one without the anti-slip surface (Space Mineral, Space Mineral S and Open Mineral series), as well as special surfaces for Structure Mineral and Open Structure Mineral shower trays. The test has proved that all these solutions meet the established standards in the field of anti-slip on a wet surface.

Sanplast shower trays have been assigned to three anti-slip classes:
Class A
shower trays series: Space Mineral, Space Mineral S and Open Mineral,
Class B
shower trays of the Open Structure Mineral series,
Class C
Structure Mineral shower trays and all shower trays with optional ProSafeSystem surface.
The ProSafeSystem surface, which is an optional supplement to shower trays with a smooth surface, is also the highest class C. The asiigned classes are a scientific proof that regardless of the place where the shower tray is used (flat, house or public space) Sanplast products are safe to use.
Extremely safe turned out to be those shower trays with a dedicated anti-slip surfaces, which is permanently applied to the surface of acrylic and mineral cast. This method ensures maximum safety and comfort of use. In addition, selected products are coated in a specific way creating a transparent pattern with a delicate structure and giving an interesting visual effect. Such shower trays do not require special cleaning - their surface is easily cleaned using standard cleaning agents. The surface used on Sanplast shower trays is also extremely durable, thanks to which it does not wear out even when used intensively and guarantees high safety of use for many years.

The sanitary acrylic which Sanplast products are made of, also has anti-slip properties and guarantees the safety of use despite a perfectly smooth surface. It is similar in shower trays and bathtubs made of mineral cast, which are characterized by excellent mechanical and chemical properties. As a result, they are not only resistant to stains, discoloration and the development of dangerous bacteria, but also provide optimal anti-slip.
