Green energy in the future

1. REDUCTION OF AIR POLLUTION

• Installation of a system for reducing hydrocarbon and aromatic compounds into the atmosphere - MIAB installation /Swedish production/ - reduction of pollutants released into the air by up to 98%. The system works based on computer-controlled automation and ensures that safe parameters of the working environment are maintained.
• The mechanical ventilation system and heating and ventilation units used allow for effective (up to 98%) dedusting of element processing stations. No dust pollution is introduced into the atmosphere.
• The working rooms and the installation are heated by using a gas installation and a gas turbine. This system reduces pollutants introduced into the air and also allows for the use of heat generated during turbine operation. Oil boilers fired with EKOTERM PLUS fuel oil, which allows for low and environmentally safe emissions, are used in emergency situations. The oil is used in the pyrolysis process in the shower cabin production department.
• Reducing exhaust carbon dioxide emissions by implementing electric forklifts for internal transport.

2. OPTIMAL WASTE MANAGEMENT

• The generated waste, including hazardous waste, is sent for neutralization or management to companies with appropriate permits for waste management activities.
• The agreement concluded with the EUROBAC Recovery Organization allows for the collection of packaging waste introduced to the market along with the products manufactured in the company.
• Municipal sewage is directed to the company's BIOCLER sewage treatment plant. We have a water permit to discharge purified water into the indicated drain in Ciechrz.
• We implement solutions aimed at reusing most production waste as elements of construction aggregate.
• We transfer waste that is ultimately processed into alternative fuels RDF (refuse derived fuel). These are fuels obtained in the waste recovery process, the properly selected and processed combustible fraction of which has a high energy value,
• Reducing the use of single-use plastics such as water bottles by installing drinking water dispensers.

3. REDUCTION OF ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION - We use efficient lighting systems - we have replaced all fluorescent lamps with LED bulbs.

4. CARE OF GREEN AREAS - A green zone is created around the plant by planting trees, bushes and grass. This significantly changes the environment and improves the microclimate and reduces/eliminates noise pollution for buildings adjacent to the company's headquarters.

5. REDUCTION OF PAPER USAGE:

• We regularly reduce the amount of printed promotional materials,
• We produce printed materials in cooperation with partners with FSC certification,
• We develop websites where we regularly increase the amount of materials to reduce the number of prints.

6. ORGANIZATION OF TRAINING - We organize training, materials and information campaigns for our clients and end users of our products on how to use them in everyday life to reduce water consumption.

7. PREVENTING CORRUPTION - We implement a policy of counteracting bribery and corruption.

8. REGULATION OF OBLIGATIONS:

• We regularly fulfill our obligation to pay all liabilities towards: employees, suppliers of public institutions.
• We regularly undergo tests and inspections by the Provincial Inspectorate of Environmental Protection in Bydgoszcz to confirm that we meet the legal norms and standards for water and air pollution, as well as noise and waste emissions.

9. PERSONNEL POLICY:

• We do not employ minors.
• We treat all employees equally, regardless of origin, interests, religion, etc.
• We train employees in sustainable development.

10. SOCIAL INVOLVEMENT:

• We support health care centers,
• We engage in social activities,
• We support the local community, among others: through training for schools and educational institutions, organizing internships for students of vocational institutions,
• we sponsor the activities of pro-social local government institutions - including: we help in renovations and implementation of activities planned by these institutions.

11. GREEN ENERGY OF THE FUTURE - it is planned to install photovoltaic panels.
